Grade 7 MATCH (Measuring Abilities & Thinking Competencies for High School)
The first paper is a skills and application paper of an interdisciplinary nature and is two hours in duration. The second paper is a knowledge-based paper of one hour's duration focusing primarily on mathematics and language concepts.

About The Event
MATCH providesprimary schools with an independent assessment of their Grade 7 learners’ preparedness for high school in terms of both academic proficiency and the necessary skills base needed for continued success at high school. MATCH will be written at schools on Wednesday, 24 July 2024. The assessment consists of two papers and is available in English and Afrikaans.
